Rams Cut Three Veterans

The Los Angeles Rams have released three veterans. James Laurinaitis, Jared Cook, and Chris Long. In these cuts the Rams now have $24 million in salary cap space. James Laurinaitis has been with the Rams since he was drafted in the first round in 2009, and Jared Cook has been with the Rams since 2013 when he was cut by the Titans. Chris Long has been with the rams since 2008 when he was drafted in the first round.

As a Rams fan I'm alright with these cuts because James Laurinaitis was just a terrible middle linebacker this year, because he didn't really do anything good this year. I'm also alright with the Jared Cook release because he dropped the ball so many times this year that I will not miss him.
